Software house
A small software house where we did a bit of everything. It was my first real job. I knew little. I learned a lot. That’s where I realized writing code wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to build something that actually worked.

Tech Lead & Backend Developerintegrations and LLM systems
I do the job that’s hardest to explain at family lunches: I build digital things.
To those who don’t give up, to those who start over, to those who have their own yellow brick road but have learned to enjoy the detours.
The yellow brick road is the one from The Wizard of Oz. Dorothy followed it to get back home. I followed mine to figure out where I wanted to go. Except at some point I stopped looking at the destination and started looking at the journey. The bends. The stops. The back roads that weren’t on the map.
My name is Davide. I do the job that’s hardest to explain at family lunches: I build digital things. Software, websites, systems, automations. The part that sits beneath what you see. And sometimes the part you see, too.
It’s curiosity that makes me open things up to see how they work. That keeps me awake looking for a better way. That led me to work with LLMs, not to make chatbots, but to build systems that actually work.

Insurance brokerage
I work on the infrastructure. Everything that sits underneath, that nobody sees. When it works, nobody thinks about it. When it stops working, everyone knows.
Personal project
This one is mine. It was born out of a frustration: how do you keep up with every regulation in the insurance world? So I built a multi-agent system that monitors all of it. It was born at night. It’s growing slowly. It’s only the beginning.
Co-founded studio
Nostos is a journey that started with a former colleague. She takes care of UX and UI, I build what sits underneath. Two minds that think differently. That’s exactly what it takes.
Pescara, Italy. I work from here, and I can do it from anywhere. But there’s a road I haven’t taken yet: it leads to Kraków.
